  • DMP Job Reports Folder
    • The Reports Folder retains Job Detail Reports for all automated customer projects. Back-up copies of each Job Detail Report are maintained outside of the Reports Folder in compliance with our File Retention Policies. DMP’s Customer Service Representatives and Operations staff access the Job Reports folder to research individual projects for piece level information required for job integrity, reprints, etc.
  • DMP Job Detail Reports
    • Each Job Detail Report is named using the assigned DMP Job Level Tracking Number. The DMP Assigned Piece Level Tracking Number and its associated 3 of 9 or 2D barcode is used by DMP staff to validate project integrity. Summary statistics for each project are contained at the bottom of the file listing impression counts, envelope counts, number of files processed, etc.
  • Internal Outstanding Output Reports
    • The ADEPT system produces various hourly, internal email notifications detailing outstanding projects. These reports are used by DMP’s staff to insure all projects are accurately completed within contractual Turn-Around-Times (TAT).
