As files enter into production, the ADEPT system automatically polls the production equipment to status projects and to pull transactional production data back into the ADEPT database. This allows Direct Mail Partners' Operations staff to monitor the progress of each and every project through the production cycle. More importantly, the transactional data pulled from equipment is used to validate that each and every document is accurately completed at each stage of the production cycle. This information is compiled into various internal reports.
