What We Do

Direct Mail Partners' experience with hand fulfillment dates back to our first customer in 1990, performing daily inventory management and fulfillment of new policy kits. Current examples of hand fulfillment projects include daily print validations, in-store promotional product builds, and pick-and-pack fulfillment.

Each day, Direct Mail Partners’ staff hand verifies each and every notice of cancellation for various Property & Casualty Insurance companies. These cancellations are verified twice against a manifest listing to ensure each cancellation is mailed. This manifest becomes part of the business records of the Insurance Company.

Direct Mail Partners' proficiency in quickly completing large, complex hand fulfillment projects is well demonstrated by the successful completion of promotional product builds. Various components are bulk shipped to DMP along with the packaging.

Another example lies in Direct Mail Partners' ability to perform pick-and-pack fulfillment with mailing and shipping of the finished product. The products are case shipped to various locations across the country. These products are core to our clients’ business and must be received on-time to avoid store closure. Direct Mail Partners' staff and systems ensure their customers receive the specific product they need on the day the product is required.
