Who We Are

  • Management
    • Kevin M. Burke, CEO – Kevin oversees business development and is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Direct Mail Partners. Prior to acquiring DMP, Kevin spent 13 years in the Securities Industry as a trader and in the technology industry as a consultant assisting leading online securities firms in the development of their online trading platforms. Mr. Burke earned his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas.
    • Kristi K. Burke, President – Kristi is primarily responsible for overseeing the Human Resource and payroll functions for DMP. Prior to acquiring Direct Mail Partners, Mrs. Burke had a number of roles within the fashion and retail industries. She was the manager for an apparel retail store, sales representative for the St. John clothing brand and a buyer for a small chain of apparel retail stores with 15 locations. She attended Texas Tech University and received a degree in Fashion Merchandising from The Art Institute of Dallas.
    • Ken Aiken, Chief Operating Officer – Ken is responsible for developing efficient, lean business processes and managing the Company’s day to day operations with an absolute commitment to quality. A prior Marine Officer, Ken is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, with post graduate training in Operations Analysis (Naval Post Graduate School) and in Six Sigma and Lean production methodologies (Villanueva University). A member of the American Society for Quality, Ken has over 25 years of experience in organizational development, process engineering, and management. Prior to joining Direct Mail Partners, Ken has held positions of Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Executive Vice President for other firms specializing in print-on-demand and lettershop operations.
    • Gina Martin, Vice President – Gina joined DMP in 1994 and has held a variety of roles within the Company with increasing responsibility. She currently manages a majority of the Company’s inkjet customer accounts overseeing the production and maintenance of all projects including: database management and procurement, electronic presort, project oversight, acceptable standards and timelines, and client communication. Gina is also very well versed in all aspects of postal regulation.
    • Laura Sullivan, Vice President – Laura comes to DMP with extensive experience in the Healthcare Information Systems Industry.  Over the past 25 years, she has provided sales and account management for healthcare software technology companies.  She worked with hospitals, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers and medical laboratories to acquire, implement and maintain successful software solutions, as well as process re-engineering and outsourcing services.  She is currently responsible for developing strategic account business plans as well as managing DMP’s sales team.  Committed to her family and community, she is a member of The Women’s Auxiliary for Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and a sustaining member of The Junior League of Dallas.
    • Eric Gunderson, Director of Operations – Eric is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the business with special emphasis on process control and improvement, systems optimization, safety and security. Prior to DMP, Eric accumulated 17 years of executive management experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry and Regional Technical Operations Manager in the telecom industry. Mr. Gunderson also spent time in the United States Military.
